Young High Precision Part Co., Ltd (aka. Dongguan Yanqing Precision Co., Ltd. ) is a professional manufacturer focusing on designing, developing and producing of non-standard high precision metal parts applied on a variety of industries. We specialize in lathing/milling/CNC parts ranging from 1mm to 150mm in diameter and 3mm~1000mm in length. As to materials, Copper, Iron, Alumina alloys, Stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316, SUS630 (17-4pH), Hastelloy C276, KOVAR etc) and some industrial plastics like PVDF are all our specialties. For any tolerance demands, we can meet with medium and high precision tolerance up to ± 0.0025mm. Our hot-sell products are high precision pressure sensors, air sensors, photoelectric communication connectors, slip rings, laser heads, fiber optic splices, hydraulic drive parts, meter fittings, Medical probe housings and shafts.
Our products are widely used in many industries. Our high demands are mainly from digital industry, photovoltaic industry, wind power industry, transportation, environmental protection, machinery (sensors), tele-communication facilities, pump valves, electrical industry, medical industry and pipes nuts and bolts, household appliances and other fields. Established in 2018 in Dongguan City, Guangdong, China, we expanded from a mere 3 CNC machining centers to up to 60 machines now. Most of our high precision machines are as the following: Swiss-type Automatic Lathes, other types of lathes (both fully automatic and semiautomatic horizontal and vertical lathes) to have both single spindle and multi-spindles, 4 milling machines(both horizontal and vertical spindle column and knee type), turning-milling compounds, CNC machining centers, drilling machines, boring machines, grinding machines etc.
Our engineering team is composed of several highly experienced technicians who owned at least 10 years in CNC machine operation and AutoCAD designing and factory managing. Our factory has passed ISO9001: 2015 and is operating under strict quality control system and industrial management system. We perform production in strict accordance with ISO guidelines and provides customers with satisfactory quality and delivery services. Our future will mostly focus on high precision medical parts, valves, sensors as well as electric power industry.
